U.F.O. ZE je upravená a vylepšená verzia pôvodného nástroja U.F.O. Je to subtraktívny syntetizátor s troma oscilatórmi. Prvé dva majú spoločný filter v ktorom je frekvencia oscilátorov modulovaná dvoma LFOs. Tretí oscilátor má samostatný filter, v ktorom je frekvencia modulovaná troma LFOs, z čoho dva sú grafické. Na výslednom zvuku sa podieľa sada efektov (delay, chorus, reverb) pre každú skupinu oscilátorov zvlášť. Dôraz pri vývoji bol kladený na zníženie zaťaženia CPU a prehľadné užívateľské rozhranie. U.F.O ZE už teraz disponuje mnohými presetmi, ktoré je možné rozšíriť funkciou preset randomization. Ďalšie presety môžete očakávať v budúcich aktualizáciách.

Poznámka: Presety z predchádzajúcej verzie nie sú plne kompatibilné s novou verziou, kvôli novým funkciám zapracovaným do tejto aktualizácie. Ak chcete presety, ktoré ste si vytvorili v staršej verzii, naďalej používať vo verzii novej, môžete nám ich poslať a my vám ich prekonvertujeme. Rovnaká nekompatibilita je aj medzi novou verziou 1.2 a jej špeciálnou nadstavbou.

U.F.O. ZONE EDITION (now also as stand-alone .exe version - see download links below)
U.F.O. ZE is updated version of original U.F.O. plugin with some updates, improvements and fixes. It is a subtractive synthesizer with three oscillators. Two of them have mutual filter, in which the frequency of oscillators is modulated by two LFOs. Third oscillator has independent filter, in which the frequency is modulated by three LFOs, two of which are graphical. Final sound is adjusted by kit of effects (delay, chorus, reverb), which is applied for each group of oscillators apart. Our intention was to reduce CPU usage and to make clean and simple user interface. U.F.O. ZE includes many presets, which can be extended by preset randomization function. Additional presets can be expected in future updates.

10.4.2013 - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE LATEST UPDATE: Few users reported the bug which causes audio buffer overflow during preset randomization. However, there is also another serious bug in Flowstone (Ruby) that causes hang (that can lead to crash). Problem may occur when plugin GUI is closed and after while reopened. Ruby is not in this case processed in realtime and events are buffering until you reopen GUI. We have found the temporary solution to fix these problems by replacing Ruby parts with basic primitives. Stable version will be available from next week. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Notice:Presets from previous version are not fully compatible with new version because of new features incorporated in this update.
